1. What's included in my Business Forum ticket?
Your Regular ticket includes:
- - Access to the Main Stage program
- - Catering throughout the day, including lunch, coffee, tea and refreshments
- - Networking opportunities with thousands of business leaders and professionals
- - Access to Main Stage session recordings for 30 days after the event
Additional sessions and experiences may require separate registration or a specific ticket type.
2. What's the difference between a Regular, Group and VIP ticket?
- Regular ticket: Includes the Main Stage program, catering, networking opportunities and post-event recordings.
- Group ticket: Includes everything in a Regular ticket, with discounted rates for groups of five or more participants. Group lunch options are also available.
- VIP ticket: Includes reserved front-row seating, access to the VIP lounge, private VIP sessions with Pieter Zwart and Rahaf Harfoush, and a VIP dinner and drinks to close the day.

3. How and when will I receive my e-ticket?
After completing your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Your personal e-ticket, including a QR code, will be sent to the email address used for registration shortly before the event.
You don't need to print your ticket. Simply have the QR code ready on your phone when you arrive.
4. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or someone else.
Simply email customercare@denkproducties.nl with the new participant's full name and email address. Our team will update the registration accordingly.
5. Can I cancel my ticket?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact customercare@denkproducties.nl.
Cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our General Terms & Conditions. Our customer care team will be happy to explain the options available for your booking.
6. How and when will I receive my invoice?
After registering, you'll receive your invoice by email.

1. When and where will Business Forum 2027 take place?
Business Forum 2027 will take place on Friday, 24 September 2027, at Rotterdam Ahoy in the Netherlands.
Registration starts at 08:00, the Main Stage program starts at 09:30, and the program closes at 17:15, followed by drinks.
2. Can I arrive later or leave before the end of the program?
Absolutely! Registration will remain open throughout the day, so you're welcome to arrive later or leave earlier if needed.
We recommend attending the full program so you don't miss any sessions.
If you're running late or unable to attend part of the program, you can follow the livestream, which is available to ticket holders. You'll also receive access to recordings of the Main Stage sessions for 30 days after the event, so you can catch up on anything you've missed.
3. Can I sit wherever I want, or will I be assigned a seat?
Certain ticket types and groups, including VIP ticket holders, have reserved seating areas. If this applies to your ticket, you will be informed accordingly.
All other seating at the Main Stage is free seating, so you're welcome to choose your own seat.
4. Will all presentations be in English, and can I watch them afterwards?
Yes, all Main Stage presentations will be in English.
After the event, ticket holders will receive access to recordings of the Main Stage sessions for 30 days.
Where speakers give permission, we'll also share additional materials, such as slides, handouts and event summaries.
5. Can I meet Oprah Winfrey during Business Forum 2027?
Oprah Winfrey will appear on the Main Stage during Business Forum 2027, where she will deliver a keynote and participate in a moderated Q&A.
There are currently no separate meet-and-greet sessions or personal meetings with Oprah Winfrey scheduled as part of the event program.
1. How do I get to Rotterdam Ahoy?
Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by public transport, car and bicycle.
- By public transport: From Rotterdam Central Station, take metro line D or E towards Zuidplein. Get off at Zuidplein station, from where it's approximately a five-minute walk to Rotterdam Ahoy.
- By car: For the Ahoy car park, navigate to Jacob Kleiboerweg 80, 3084 BA Rotterdam.
- By bicycle: Rotterdam Ahoy has a free, unguarded bicycle parking area at the front of the venue.
2. Can I park at Rotterdam Ahoy and how much does it cost?
Yes! Rotterdam Ahoy has more than 2,500 parking spaces directly next to the venue. Parking is not free.You can purchase a parking ticket with parking guarantee in advance via Rotterdam Ahoy. This ensures you can enter the car park even if the signs around Ahoy indicate that it is full.

3. Can I make a phone or video call during the event?
Yes! If you need to make a phone or video call during the event, there are plenty of spaces available where you can step away from the crowd and take your call in a quiet environment.
4. Is there a cloakroom, and can I leave my suitcase there?
Yes, a staffed cloakroom will be available during Business Forum 2027, where you can leave your coat and personal belongings.

Yes! Catering is included in your ticket, with lunch, coffee, tea and refreshments available throughout the day.
