Everything you need for a focused, worry-free day. Your ticket covers access to all sessions, unlimited coffee/tea/soft drinks, generous (vegetarian-friendly) catering in every break, a free cloakroom for coats and bags, and when speakers allow it, digital hand-outs e-mailed afterwards.
After you register, you’ll get an invoice by e-mail within 5 business days (payment by bank transfer within 14 days, prices excl. 21 % VAT). Your personal e-ticket with QR-code arrives by e-mail no later than one day before the event - simply print it or show it on your phone at the registration desks.
Give your ticket to someone else (free of charge).
Tickets are personal, but you can transfer yours to a colleague or friend at any time. Just e-mail the new participant’s full name, e-mail address and company details to customercare@denkproducties.nl and we’ll take care of the rest.
Cancel your order within 30 days.
Changed your mind? You can cancel in writing (an e-mail is fine) within 30 days of placing your order, provided your request also reaches us more than 30 days before the event date.
If we have to move the event.
Should circumstances force us to reschedule, we’ll contact you immediately and set a new date. Your ticket simply rolls over - same programme, same speakers, no extra cost.

Public transport: Take the metro to Zuidplein (lines D and E). From there it is a five-minute walk to Rotterdam Ahoy. Every metro from Rotterdam Centraal stops at Zuidplein, and the journey takes about ten minutes.
By car: Navigate to Jacob Kleiboerweg 80, 3084 BA Rotterdam - this is the entrance to Ahoy's own car park, which has over 2,500 spaces. Parking is paid, and you can reserve a parking guarantee in advance on ahoy.nl to be certain of a space. If the car park is full, Q-Park Zuidplein and Q-Park Hart van Zuid are nearby alternatives.
Being dropped off? Navigate to Ahoyweg 10 at the front of the venue, where traffic marshals will direct you to the Kiss & Ride area.
Absolutely. The venue is wheelchair-friendly and we can accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, visual impairments and other needs. E-mail us at customerservice@abforum.nl at least two weeks in advance so we can arrange the perfect setup for you. Vegetarian options are already plentiful - no notice required.
